Polyester tape features a tough, high tensile strength, even with a thin backing that resists slivering and stretching. Pressure sensitive adhesives including acrylic, rubber and silicone, are used to meet specific requirements, such as high temperature bake cycles. These flexible tapes offer excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Recommended for masking, splicing and insulating as well as demanding applications in graphic arts, photography, metal finishing and electronics.

Polyester Tape Applications
Polyester Tape As Powder Coating Masking:
High temperature polyester masking tape is ideal for powder coating masking application. It is coated with high temperature silicone adhesive and possesses clean removal capability.
Tape & Film Splicing
Splicing tapes are used to join the end of a roll of material to the beginning of a new roll, eliminating additional set ups and avoiding valuable down time. CGS polyester splicing tape includes tapes designed to work in a variety of splicing applications, including paper, film and other products, ranging from moderate to aggressive adhesives.
Electrical Insulation
Polyester tape is thin, conformable, tough, and highly tear resistant. It is recommended for insulating connections, crossover insulation and barrier insulation on small bobbin wound coils, and for holding layer and barrier insulation on stick wound coils.
We can provide different kind of packaging according to customer's requests, such as labelling, barcode, individual packing, mailbox packing, you can give us your instruction, we will follow up your requests.
Different shipping ways are available, small quantities order will be delivered to you by express and bulk goods will be delivered to you by sea, we will talk about the delivery method before we dispatch out the goods.
FOB/CIF/CNF trade terms are available to us, you can inform us what kind of trade term you want when you send inquiry to us.
Normally payment term is 30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance 70% will be paid before loading. Small amout totally under US$1000 will be requested 100% T/T in advance when you confirm the order.
Q: Are you manufacturer ?
A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer which is specialized in all kinds of tapes for more than 10 years, our factory is located in Dongguan and Shenzhen city, it's near to Hongkong. We have own coating machine line, slitting machine line and auto-packing machine line at factory.
Q: How to guarantee your quality?
A: Before produce: Send pre-production samples for checking.
During producing: Send production photoes and mass production samples, any inspection during production or loading is welcome.
After shipment: If there's any problem of our product due to our mistake, we will surely take responsible.
Q: Can you print our logo?
A: Of course we can print customer's logo on the tape or paper core and cartons.
Q: Can you do special packaging?
A: We can do any special packaging as required, such as individual shrink with logo card, barcode lable, blister card or any request.
Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we do, we will send samples to you free of charge but express charge should be collected.
